What is All-on-4 Dental Implants?
All-on-4 dental implants are a full-arch tooth replacement technique that uses just four strategically placed titanium implants to support a complete set of fixed, non-removable teeth in a single visit, restoring both function and appearance same-day.
Instead of an implant for every missing tooth, four implants, the back two placed at an angle, hold a full arch of fixed teeth. Patients with failing or missing teeth usually leave the surgery day with temporary teeth, and the final arch goes on after the implants heal.

What happens on surgery day
Any remaining damaged teeth are removed, the four implants are placed, and a temporary arch is attached the same day. You eat soft foods while the implants fuse with the bone over 3 to 6 months. Then the final arch is made and fitted.

All-on-4 vs. snap-on dentures
Both use implants. All-on-4 teeth are fixed, and only the dentist removes them. Snap-on dentures clip onto 2 to 4 implants per arch, come out for cleaning and usually cost less. We'll walk you through both at the consultation.
